what are some extreme weight loss secrets and why don’t they work?

I don’t want them for myself I’m trying to start a blog about weightloss with a friend and we want a section about why all these stupid weight loss tricks don’t work

Anything that makes you more conscious of what you eat, and leads you to cut down on the bad stuff, does have a temporary effect (often).

Then, you stop, and, since your body was on starvation mode for the duration of the diet, you end up putting on twice as much as you lost.

People wrongly starve themselves when trying to losose weight; making the problem worse with each go-round.

If they’d just focus on eating lots of healthy food,and cutting down on the junk, move around more, and, it turns out, get enough sleep every night, they’d be much better off.
