Doobie Brothers

The Doobie Brothers are releasing a new greatest-hits package today. The album is called "Doobie's Choice." The record is a collection of different cuts handpicked by the Doobies themselves. Former Doobie Brother Michael McDonald said that, that kind of decision-by-committee attitude is what made the Doobies such a distinctive live band. Meanwhile, McDonald is currently in the studio working on his next album, and just recently he re-recorded "Takin' It To The Streets" to be used for Ford's marketing campaign.

THE DENANDER-DELIN SWEDISH ALL STAR PROJECT

Denander can reveal the info about this amazing "all star" project he's involved in! About 3 weeks ago he was asked by UK journalist Nicky Baldrian and record label Frontiers/Now&Then if he could put together a "Swedish all star" song for their charity CD called "UNITED"?

This is an album to raise money for the victims after the September 11th attacks and all proceeds will be donated thru the Red Cross.

The album features lots of big name artists/bands and musicians but this song definitely stands out in several ways.
