"Clearland - Gift From Time"
Formed in 2000 in Varna, Bulgaria. They started to compose and record songs from 2000. Until 2002, they had recorded 15 songs. But, at the same time Nikolay has been invited as a singer of “Diana Express” (a famous melodic rock band in Bulgaria). At the end of 2003, UBP International Ltd. had contacted with them for signing. During February and March, they recorded additionally, re-mixed the songs. The first album “Gift from time” will be released on 29th May 2004.

Nikolay Raikov
He has started to play the guitar since 16 years old. Infatuated to hard rock, heavy metal and extreme guitarists of 80’s at the fast, but it had been changed into art-progressive rock of 70’s and 80’s like Kansas, Yes, Asia, Toto, Chicago, Queen, Foreigner, Styx, etc. From 1996 to 2000, he was a lead singer of famous local club band “Fate” (K. Jambazov also had been a guitarist and keyboardist of “Fate”), mainly play covers of Kansas, Styx, Peter Cetera, Toto, Chicago, Yes, Spocks Beard, Beatles, John Fahrham, etc. After dissolution of the band in 2000, he started studio-work with K. Jambazov for project “ClearLand” in Varna. But he has been a singer of Diana Express and they recorded “Yabolkata na greha” album. He still continues to sing in this band.

Konstantin Jambazov
He has concerned with music since 14 years old and studied to play the trombone and the piano for a while. He has played the guitar since 16 years old. For a long time, he had infatuated into guitarists like Y.J.Malmsteen, Greg Howe, Steve Morse, Frank Gambale, Steve Vai, Tony Macalpine, etc. He has played with many young local bands. When he was 20 years old, he found his talent to compose music in himself. At the same time, he began to love art-progressive rock band of 70’s and 80’s, hard rock and melodic rock. In 1990, he started a rock band “Total”.

The band played his original songs; the style is hard rock, melodic rock and American rock. The band played in several festivals. At the same time, he studied jazz guitar, arrangement and took vocal lesions. In 1993, after dissolution of “Total”, he was invited to join to art-progressive rock band “Jekkyl Hyde” as a guitarist for recording an original studio album. The band played a lot of times in the country. But when the album was finished, the half of the members was in abroad or other cities. In 1995, he met with Nelko Kolarov, and then he asked him to play in his own studio as a studio musician. He has played in many records of famous Bulgarian artists including Kolarov’s albums “Day of wrath” and "Ako ti si otidesh za mig".
