Fredricks of Hollywood Return Policy?
This is really more a rant than anything but…I placed an order from Fredricks for two medium shirts, I received the first shirt yesterday and no way is this a medium. The top is marked medium but it is definately a small, the problem is that to return/exchange the shirt Fredricks is going to charge me $8 for the shipping! I went ahead and returned the shirt and cancelled the order for the second shirt since I have no idea what is going to fit and am not going to pay these shipping charges because of their quality control issues. If it were just a matter of me not liking the shirt or the way it fits that would be one thing but the issue is that the shirt is being sold as a medium when it is actually a small. So do I order a large and hope it is a medium or do I order another medium and hope it is a medium? At $8 for each return I think I will shop elsewhere, which is a shame because they have some really cute tops.
Check their sizine chart before you order, or go to the store and see if it was just that individual shirt or if they just make their clothing smaller in general.
